Assalamu Alaikum!

 The ISK Evening School at the Islamic Center of Kingston will be organizing the  Presentation on Islamic Tahdheeb (Morals) and Akhlaaq (Manners) on May 3rd, Saturday, at 5 pm 

The aim of this program is to help our children familiarize themselves with Islamic morals and manners. This can be achieved by presenting their chosen topics and listening to the presentations of their classmates. To organize this program successfully the following instructions should be followed: 

• Every student should write 3 questions on the selected topic and present the answers in their own word in about 2 minutes.
• Nobody should read the answers from the paper or power point while they are presenting. (Try to do it from memory)
• Parents should help young children to understand their topic clearly and present their answers in a best possible way.
• Please collect the topic/s for your children before April 5 from me and submit their questions and answers before April 25, 2008.
• Beside it, any student who wants to recite Quran from memory, sing Islamic song, make poster on Islam or our social life etc are welcomed to do it and requested to inform me about their presentation before April 25, 2008.
• All participants will receive courtesy prize while best 3 presenters will receive wining award.
• Parents are requested to bring food, snacks, drinks  etc for the presentation night. Sister Shamaila Aamer will be coordinating this part and Insha Allah will contact you soon with details.

 I hope you and your children will be joining us in the program.

  Alhamdulillah, we are approaching Summer with great weather. Our children can play in and outside the Masjid after the presentation. It will  also help us and our children to meet with other families and make new friends. I hope this will be an wonderful social and educational session for all of us specially for our children, Insha Allah.

 So, let's make this wonderful event enjoyable for our children.
